The Journey of FaithEaz Kitchen (or simply the journey so far)

FaithEaz Kitchen started as a simple idea in the cozy kitchen on Patterson Street, Bolton, United Kingdom back in 2007. At the time, I was a university student facing the challenge of paying my school fees. Before this financial pressure, I had developed a habit of cooking and calling on friends and acquaintances to pick up the food for free. People would drive from other cities just to enjoy a meal, and it became clear that the food I was preparing resonated deeply with them.

The turning point came during a midweek service at RCCG Bolton, where the pastor shared the story of Prophet Elijah and the widow of Zaraphath (1 Kings 17:7-16). The message struck a chord with me, particularly the idea that God multiplies what we already have to meet our needs. This inspired me to reach out to a few of the regulars who enjoyed my free meals and ask if they'd be willing to start paying for them. That was the humble beginning of J.Jireh Catering Services.

For two years, the business thrived, but in 2009, government restrictions on student visas forced us to close. After meeting my wife, Faith, in 2013, who also had a passion for cooking, we relaunched the business. By 2016, we rebranded to FaithEaz Kitchen, blending our vision, talents, and love for food.

Our journey hasn’t been without its setbacks. We had to pause operations again between 2017 and 2019 following the birth of our child, and from 2020 to 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, each challenge presented us with an opportunity to grow. During the lockdown, we invested time in training, earned certifications, and perfected our recipes.

Today, FaithEaz Kitchen stands stronger, committed to delivering meals that not only satisfy but connect people to the joy and comfort of great food. Our story is one of resilience, faith, and an unwavering passion for cooking, and we look forward to sharing this love with you, one meal at a time..
